Let me do something to you.
Look good, now, not a quickie.
Go ahead, click on it…make it big.
Let that jaw hit the floor, don’t
hurry to pick it up.

Felt good, right?
Yeeaah, buddy. Know what that was?
Many of us have experienced the link between our emotions and the physical response in our bodies. For example, fear releases adrenaline, which quickens our heart beat and triggers the fight or flight response. Researchers at Cal-State Berkeley, recently, studied the link between “awe” and our immune system. They found that those of us who experience more positive emotions, particularly awe, had healthier levels of cytokines than those of us who are grump asses. Cytokines are proteins, that in lower levels, support our immune system, however, in higher levels lead to inflammation and disease. While these researches couldn’t exactly agree on why the link exists, they could agree that witnessing nature is a sure-fire way to get the ball rolling. And thanks to modern technology and some stunningly talented photographers walking this Earth, we can appreciate ourselves some stunning nature…with or without leaving our living rooms…can I get an Awomen?
These AMAZING pictures I found on Instagram…earthpix…check them outĀ for more jaw droppers…I saved the best ones for you to discover on your own… (http://instagram.com/earthpix)
But I will leave you with a few more before I go, cause that’s how I roll. And no scripts for you to read this week…your welcome…
